Hello,
I am recently starting the process of getting a VJO, but when I talked with my HR, she had no idea how to do it, so I have to figure it out myself.
1. About the financial statements, are they necessary for public listing companies? Like US companies' subsidiary in Canada. Since they publish their financial statements every year online, my HR does not even know how to get them for me.
2. If it's needed for sure, can I submit the one for the whole company or I need to find out the one for the subsidiary in Canada?
3. Also, the form A-0700-EF needs the signature and contact info, who should I ask for this? my branch manager or the HR for the whole company or subsidiary.
Thanks in advance!
