I am 21yrs old and i come from Poland.
I would like to take 2x8week ESL (fee is around 5200CAD) and then 2 years college program (the fee is around 12500CAD a year). Leaving expenses are 10000CAD a year. My question is if i have to have 5200 + 25000 + 20000 = +-50000CAD before i apply for study permit or it is enough if i will show them that i have the money only for first year and ESL which is around 33000CAD and i will get study permit for 2,5 years?

I hope you guys will understand what i mean and help me.
Thanks

if your acceptance letter shows that you are taking ESL classes and then after completing your ESL you will get the admission in the diploma.

but if you can show more money like one semester fees and 6months expenses then it will be good for you!

Let's say that my acceptance letter shows that i am taking ESL classes and then after completing my ESL i will get the admission in the diploma.

The thing is that for now i have 30k,for all what i want to study i need: ESL(5k) + 2 years program (25k) + Living expenses 2 years (20k) = 50k...

My question is if it is possible to show them that i have tutition and living expenses for one year and i will get over 2 years study permit
OR
If i have show them right away tutition and living expenses for over 2 years... what is 50k as you can see above.

i hope it's clear, thanks in advance for your opinions...

My understanding is that you have to show them living expenses + tuition fees for the one year.

Since ESL is less than 6 months you do not need a study permit, I believe.

I think if you LoA shows that you are planning to continue studies VISA Office will ask you to show all funds at once (ESL tuition + living cost and 2 yr program + living cost for 2 years= $50 000). If you can prove that after ESL +1 year , you will have money from a reliable sourse then you can show $35000 right now.
