Financial Proof for Canada student visa

Hello All

to obtain student visa financial statements are to be attached. well here is my case
My parents will support my masters program and they can show around 35,000 $ in there bank accounts.
Plus i can also show property of about 200,000$.
Well i want to know what additional documents i need to show for financial support. Moreover my father is retired from job , is it necessary to show income proof ?
Also should i add bank statements of my brothers? they reside abroad

Actually i have applied to Concordia University (MEng ECE) and my whole program costs around 25,000 $ (tuition fee for 2 years).
