If I have paid tuition fees, do I have to count this amount of money into my bank statement required to apply for the study permit?
According to the CIC official website, the other fees excluding the tuition fees is $10,000, so If I paid my tuition fees, so that the minimum of deposit shown on bank statement is $10,000.
Am I right?

That is right, the minimum would be 10K... but the more you show, the better.

Thanks so much!!
In the IMM 1294, Can I write the source of funds from 'myself' rather than "parent"? Because the bank statement and the tuition fee, both documentation are paid from my own bank account.
Is it better choose "other" so that the following part I can write "myself and parents"?

Yes, that is what I did: "myself and parents"

if I choose the "my parents and myself", so do I have to provide a proof or letter of finance from my parents? Because I noticed that the proof of means of financial support includes this item.
Another question, is it mandatory to maintain the required the minimum amount of money for at least 4 months in my bank account until I get my study permit?
Or can I make any transaction while my study permit application is processing?

Yes, for sure you need a letter from your parents and you also need to proof that they are your parents with birth certificates, etc. You have to include financial proof from them such as properties titles, bank statements and drafts, term deposits, vehicles titles, businesses, etc. Please note that they should have enough funds and also make enough money to be able support yourself while you are in Canada
I think you are confusing 2 things. They request past 4 months bank statements in which you have to show that you have enough funds to live of. During this 4 months statements the average amount should equal the minimum required for your stay or if you have a strong income (like I did) you should show sale contracts, etc.
When you have applied it is better to leave the money in your accounts, should the visa officer decide to check on your bank accounts while they are processing your application. They may ask for current balances, etc.
Hope this helps
