Financial loss in Refusal

I am planning to apply to Canadian institute and I am ready to pay 2 semester Fees upfront. I would like to know if in any case i get refusal of Visa, then how much money would i lost ?
for example,
I will lose the visa fee, application fee...
Also, If the collage refund my complete fees, will there any kind of deduction or will i receive 100% refund ?

Others can comment as well but study permit fee will be gone, cancellation fees due to a permit refusal can vary by college, often they will charge an admin fee only. You will need to research any college you are interested in to see what their policy is .
