From what I understand, there is no specific requirement for income regarding the sponsoring of my wife. However in the Sponsor questionnaire form it asks to provide monthly income. Do i put the number adding overtime pay or am I just writing the base rate regular pay?

You need to mention your total earning of that month.

Thanks for the reply kickb... Is it ok if I give them the amount from the month before that? Because in the month you speak of, I will be taking off to visit my wife in China and will not be getting paid for it. My plan is to sponsor her after I come back from Christmas holidays in mid January. I won't be making an income from mid December to mid January. Can I provide the pay of November instead?
