Financial Evaluation form

I am in the process of filling out the sponsorship papers and have come to this part, the sponsorship evaluation, it is saying that not to use this form if the person you are sponsoring is your spouse but instead complete the financial evaluation form instead, Is this correct then, I do not fill out the Sponsorship Evaluation instead i fill out the Financial Evaluation form??? But what I am finding confusing is on that form is says i need to meet a requirement arggg, lol what a process, but its all good, you guys have been soooo helpfull so far to us and i really appreciate this.

I should say I am in Chile his country, and yes I was born and raised in Canada so i know I can sponsor him from here, its just I just recieved my T4 from my job in canada which was from Jan-July, in July I have been here with no income and not working, so i pray and hope I can still sponsor him to come over, I do have a place for us to stay in Canada when we return and plan on finding work immmmediatly when we come back?

Can someone take the time to help me out here pleaseeee, prettty pleaseee

If your spouse does not have children included in the application who have children of their own (his grandchildren) then you complete the IMM 5481 the sponsorship evaluation. Don't forget to include a statement with the sponsorship/application "that once a visa is issued to your spouse you will return to Canada" It should outline where you intend to live, what plans you have made for accommodation, what are your plans as to work when you return.
