For the funds for first year tuition requirement is it enough to show a bank loan letter instead bank account statements?

A bank statement is still needed. An education loan can be used to prove your ties to your country.

Alright, So the bank will not give me the loan money till i have my visa approved and I Only have about 30-40% of my first year tuition in liquid assets. So I still put my bank statements(not having enough funds) and the loan sanction letter(my loan covers the whole cost of the program)? Will that do?

Is there a way you can gather enough funds, 1-year tuition plus 10k extra for the expenses? I am not sure if the "loan letter" will satisfy VO.
