financial documents

I applied online for canada spp from india...i submitted GIC and first semester fees receipt as financial documents as mentioned on the site of cic.gc.ca...now i am confused after reading so many people have also shown father's income etc in financial documents..i talked with my agent and they told GIC and first sem fees receipt are enough to show financial documents as we are applying under spp category and there is no need to bother about other documents..please guide me.

don't worry.... that so many people u heard, all of them not necessarily applied under spp. there are other categories like University non spp general too. they do need to submit their financial docs but under spp u dnt need to as it is designed for faster processing with less paperworks.

No problem
