Hello all, I want to start my application for my common-law partner's SOWP, I have more money in my Canadian account than he does in his local account, can I use my bank statements as proof of funds on his application?

If not, PR/citizen and student/PGWP, assume you stated that your were common-law on your application. Assume you can prove common-law by showing that you have lived together for at least one year continiously.

So you have student visa (you can’t have both). Show both accounts for funds. Provide leases, utility bills, joint bank accounts, tax forms to show common-law. Since you came as a student then your common-law partner would have been included on your application or you have updated your file to state common-law.
