I got admit in canada college for fall 2023 and I paid the college fee and gic . Now I have applied for student visa under SDS.
I don't have ITR. I got ca certificate for 1.46 cr and I am showing my second year fee as proof of my funds. What are the chances of my visa getting approved?

no one can tell you. POF is just one part of approvaL.

as long as you paid 1yr fee+ gic that's more than enough to pass financial barrier. There are many more factors apart from this before you get your study permit.
