dear sir recently i had applied for jan intake 2012 but due to course n college i got rejection i have completed my tyb.com in april2012 since from last 18 months i am working asa staff accounter in one of the office now i am again applying for may intake2012 for 2 years business management for my course me avsr all cost is $19790 for which i have taken a loan around 11.25lakhs n i am showing 7.5lakhs in my dad account n iam paying my 6 months fees in cash that is $6250. please tell me can i take a business management course because earlier my course was small business enterprinual plesae help me regarding my course n finance problem......................please myself n my dad we both r bit confuse waiting for ur reply....... thank you....................................

dont worry about course selection because it is related to your previous study
here are some basic requirements
ielts-6.5 bands
pay first year tution fees+1100000(Indian rupee)
all academic documents+work experience(if any)
income 4-500000(per annum)
i recommend you to pay full first year tution fees as it makes good image on visa officer.

1. Under SPP/General(university)/General, it's NOT required to show income of Rs.4 to 5 lacs/year.
2. As per visa checklist, it's 'strongly recommended' to pay your first semester (not first year) tuition fees.

my first semi fees is$6250 which i have already paid to college in cash my one year annual fess is $11900 n my overall fees is $19740 for two years { that includes all four semi } so after going thr i have to pay fees only for 3 semi right i have taken aloan from bank of 11.25lakhs for which i have done a fixed deposit of 15.5lakhs plus i am showing 7.5 lakhs in my dad account is it or i should show more earlier i applied in spp n now i am applying in general can u please deeply explain me what is a difference between spp n general.........................................................please help me regarding my finance........ i dont know what to do...................................please help me out thank you................

i know there is no need to show income but you have to mention your annual income in visa application form.so i just suggest them to show 4-5 lacks as this won't be a reason for refusal like"your parent have sufficient income" and all that.

Hi,

1. As per visa form, you do not need to attach any income 'proof'. Your certified bank loan + ITR/Form 16 is the ONLY way to show/prove your financial status.

earlier i applied in jan intake 2012 in durham college for 2 years course in entrepreneurship and small business my annual fees was $13370 i had paid first semester fees in cash that is $7460 i had shown a fund of rs 7 lakhs in my dad account and i had taken a loan of rs 8.5lakhs against my fixed deposit of rs10 lakhs my ielts score is speaking:7 listening:6.5 writing:5.5 reading:5 over all 6 bands but i got rejection they said you have not satisfied me that you will leave canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because your proposed studies are not reasonable in lidht of one or more of:your qualification, previous studies, employment,level of establishment,other educational opportunities available in india or canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans i shown my employment i am working as a staff accountant in one of the company and my pay is rs9750.i completed my tyb.com in april 2010 i am working from 1st june2010 still the date as a staff accountant i applied under spp but i got rejection so now i am going to apply under general can any one help me why i got rejection in jan..............

Can I show my cousin's bank account statement to prove that I have enough fund to pay my tuition fees and living expenses while I am in Canada?Actually I have more than 30000 USD but I have recently deposited them in my bank account, but my cousin's account is more than 4 months old and has more than 40000 usd. Can I claim that my cousin will support me financially during my studies in Canada? Could you please help me by answering above questions?

1. Retake IELTS.
2. Attach work experience letter, it's required (optional) under 'Generic category' (your visa category).
3. Attach self ITR/Form 16. Required (optional) under 'Generic category'.
