Finance Issues affecting Immigration - Any advice please?

Dear All,

I was wondering if there are any restrictions on getting your work permit if you have a bad credit file due to an existing IVA?

I want to immigrate with my family and start a New life away from London, England. Previously ran into financial difficulties due to the damn economic downturn and suffered! Although we have been doing fine and both me and my partner earning good money.

Does anyway know of this will hamper my dreams?

One thing does not have anything to do with another. They do not assess your credit history. This is your personal information. I know someone who owed $ 30,000.00 and moved to Canada without paying and no one has never gone after him. But do not forget, money management skill is with you wherever you go. If you do not learn how to manage your money, you will end up i the same situation wherever you go.
