hi guys,,, i am coresponding with a faculty of UVIC regarding my supervision.. i have got only 63% in mechanical engineering and average in schools.
IELTS - 7 and 2 years of work experience in kuwait.

Is there any chance that i may get accepted.

Even if the accept, will the embasy approve me and issue visa.
