Dear All thank you very much, just few recommendations
1. Try to score maximum point in IELTS (atleast L:7.5, and W, S, R: 6.5 or more )
2. Provide CIC with all Original references (Letters with duties and responsibilities added to it + visiting card of the references provided ) for quick reference check
3.All Regional language documents should be translated in English from authorized translator.
4.Funds should be maintained in bank through out process and additional support letter from bank should be taken (In case of fixed deposits)
5.Check duties and responsibilities given on CIC website under NOC list is matching with your NOC code.
6.All document photocopies should be notarized.
7.And the most important have faith in God...............

I am too planing at apply under NOC 6321

I am 24 years old with a post graduate diploma in hotel management with 4 years of experience in bar, kitchen, right now I am handling my own restaurant in Mumbai India , since 2 years.
So should I show that for last two years I was working in some ones restaurant as chef??
Or should I say that I was working in my own restaurant??
If I proclaim own restaurant then I won't be having documents to support as its all in my dads name,

Was considering to show that was working as a chef under him, is it ok???

Then make sure Chefs comes in the NOC and you get all the supporting doc's CIC's asking to support your eligibility.
or I think you can show as a Partner too...seniors plz correct me if I'm wrong......

But in regards to show as partner in the restaurant I don't have legal document as my restaurant is a small scale family run restaurant in Mumbai with only involvement of my dad and me,dye to taxation reasons and on tax returns it says sole proprietorship in recent returns document.
Taking that under consideration thinking to apply Nader chef, restaurant managers bracket.
