finally RCMP sent me a message that they finished my file! what next?

hey everyone! for more than 140 days i waited and waited and sent emails with disappointing answers until this morning i received this:

anyone can report how long it took them after RCMP got mailed back?

I know in Mexico it takes about 1.5 month to process the rcmp at the embassy after they receive it.
but this could vary between visa offices
