hello everybody i am sooooooooooo happy today , i received my request for visa stamping ... i cant believe , after long time , i was about to loose hope ... GOD is great..
BUT the question now is that my medicals expiry date is 14/09/2012 and the time is very short to land .. my consultant is advising me to remedical again and wait for visa stamping request again , she said it will take 1 to 2 months only .... pls advice me ... actually i am very scared coz i am egyptian and a lot of problems is hapening nowadays in egypt and all the middle east ... i am afraid that it takes one to two years .... pls advice me ... better to land or to remedical ?
this is the letter i received today
Your medical results are due to expire on 14-09-2012 so your passports must be submitted as soon as
possible. You will be required to land in Canada by midnight on this date. Please advise via email once
your passports have been submitted.

I suggest you, submit ur passport and get visa stamp and land before medical expire date, remedical can take more time again...

i do that , but if i send the passports lets say tomorrow , it will reach me with the visa before this date (14/09/2012 ) ? some people on this site sent the passports and it took more that one month to comeback from canada !!

i dont think so it will take more time on ur case as cic requested u send ur passports asap, it means they knows and they must sent u ur passport within 2 weeks, lets wait seniors response too...

Send ur passports as soon as possible get the visa and land before medicals expire,then you may come back to your country and settle all your issues,this may cost you but save you from many hassles in future.

thanks for u all for the advice ... i am going to do my pics tomorrow and send them at the same day .... but... the consultant told me to wait untill asking CHC about this matter, saying that if i send the passport now, it will take 8 weeks to come back with the stamped visa , until then , the medicals will be expired already and i cant land is that true? ... or since they told me to send passports immediately means they will consider the dates... from my side , i dont mind to send passport without any consultant but i am scared of the delay and limited time i have.... what do u think ?

Send your passports, don't go for remedical. You will get your passports back before the expiry of your medicals. Pack up dear.

Bro, I personally know one of the applicants living in UAE whose medicals were going to expire in 20 days when he received passports request. He sent his family's and his passports instantly and received them with visa stamped in just 7 days; he then landed within visa expiry time. I would suggest to send your passports asap rather than opting for re-medicals.
