ideally....you should be having that amount until you landed in Canada....

pls if i may ask,am about to apply for the federal skilled ,but i have a question concerning 2 self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country,do i have to put stamp on the envelope cos am confused.

All you need is adhesive mailing label which you will write your name on. No envelope is required from you. Also you don't need to send any stamps.

Go to your stationary stores and ask for adhesive mailing label.
