FINALLY HUBBY GOT THE VISA!!

After 3 years of waiting and waiting and waiting, my hsuband has finally gotten his visa. We just got the email yesterday to come pick up the Visa or mail out the passport. I told the hubby to go to Vienna to go and get his visa (he lives in Germany) because there is no way we are going to wait for several weeks just to get the visa. So the hubby should be in Vienna in the next week or so. Im so excited and I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have answered my questions and been supportive. Thank you and goodluck to everyone who is waiting and hopefully nobody has to wait too long.

Trust me we have been through HELL! we had to deal with the medicals getting lost, going months without a single update, it also takes such a toll on your relationship. I've been travelling back and forth to Germany so much and there were times I just wanted to cancel everything and move to Germany but in the end i feel so relieved and happy that we tried to be patient. I really am grateful to my local MP who was key in helping us get in touch with CIC and i ordered CAIP files as well. Im glad I can finally say 2013 is our year and I hope that all of you get your process sped up and reunited with your loved ones. One thing I learned from this experience is DO NOT just chill and wait for a response all the time, sometimes there is no harm in knowing the progress of your file. We relaxed for a few months and then later on we found out our medicals were lost and all this other stuff so stay on top of your file. Once again thank you guys and good luck to all. Wish you all the best!

-Funny little side note, i been so stressed the past few months and so i piled on a few pounds and kinda let myself go cuz i was planning to lose it all by summer when i go to visit the hubby and now he is comin so soon.........im FREAKING OUT........all the ladies probably know how i feel. lol

Ha ha!!!! Now hubby has a little more of you to love!
