Anyone??

I got 2 follow up questions:

1) If someone works full time and simultaneously runs an online business (registered officially), how can this be shown on the form. Specifically, in what section should this be included.. and how should it be included in the form considered both work and business are conducted at the same time.. also, should any proof of business be supplied as proof?

2) For Addresses in the past 4 years, does the guide ask for any proof? I know for employment it asks but i cant seem to find anything for addresses... should i submit anything for that?

Thanks..

1. I'm in the same situation (online business + work simultaneously), but shall not declare my business activity due to inactive income generation (i.e. no income/activity -- just registered for the heck of it). However, I've declared it on the CRA forms (as a no-income/some-expense item), which should cover it. What they care about is the physical presence and if your work covers it, you should be fine declaring that. You could declare your business on the same table and provide a copy of your registration...

2. No proof for addresses requested anywhere on the form or guide.

Does it matter in which order you list your Addresses in the form for Question 6E. Is it most recent first or most recent last (ascending/descending order?)

Thanks

One more.. Question 9C

-Do you reside in Quebec - NO
- Do you authorize .. .. . release of information to Chief Electoral office of Quebec... YES or NO..?????????

The Guide says..

Question 9C Check whether you reside (live) in Quebec.

If yes, indicate whether you authorize CIC to provide your name, address, gender and date of birth to the Chief Electoral Officer of Québec so that your name can be added to the Permanent List of Electors (voters).

If you do not provide the authorization, you will have to go to the revision office and present two supporting documents to register your name on the list of electors to be able to vote in a provincial, municipal or school election.
