Finalization

Hey all I got an email from Detriot office saying:

"Your application is ready for finalization. Instructions will be sent to you within the next few weeks."

What does this mean?

Does it mean my application has been approved and its just a matter of time?

Or what does finalization mean and how long does it take?

Never heard of such email from Detroit before. Send them a case specific enquiry and see what they say. Detroit guys are pretty quick at replying.
