Final Question before submitting - Photos

Hi again,

I have a last minute question which I am hoping someone can help with.
I want to send photos of my wedding - is it okay to scan in the photos into a word document or do they want the actual photo prints too?

We printed our photos on regular paper (4 photos to a page with description) and had no issues.
