Hi all
I am a bit in confusion using an attorney in Canada while I live in Bangkok and my application must be submitted at CIC Singapore..!!
Kindly correct me in saying that no matter where we are from or where do we apply, the case file ultimately moves to higher immigration authorities in Canada and hence its advisable to use a Canadian Attorney. Am I right in saying so?
Otherwise considering time and effort (& efficiency), isn't it better to use a local representative (Thai or Singapore) instead of making a long loop; ToThailand-->Canada-->Singapore; FroSingapore-->Canada-->Thailand..and so on every time while Singapore is so close to Thailand?
