Hi,

In my passport my birth place is incorrect and i don't have birth certificate. can i apply with my current passport? ??? :

CIC does not require birth-certificate.
If you think birth place provided in you passport can work then apply.

but while applying for provinces, they ask for birth certificates, if you do not have then you ll need to provide some affidavits that your Birth Certificate was not issued. If you can get that certificate issued same as birth place on your passport then you are good to go.
