FINAL DOCUMENT CHECK LIST - IS THIS OK?

Hi everyone,

So finally I have put together the final list of documents that I am going to upload later tonight, one last time, can someone please help me review it and let me know if I missed anything or any loop holes?


A) Passport/Travel Documents - Colored scan copy of my Passport

B) Police Certificate - Police clearance certificate issued by passport office, India

C) Proof of Medical Exam - E-Medical Receipt

D) Education (Diplomas/Records)

• IELTS Report
• WES Report
• Degree Certificate for Masters program
• Official Marksheets for Masters Program
• Degree Certificate for Bachelors degree
• Official Transcripts for Bachelors degree
• 12th and 10th Marksheets & certificates

E)Employment Records

• Official Employment letter from employer stating all required information (has salary details)
• Offer Letter/ Letter Of Appointment

NOTE: I am not submitting pay stubs as I do not have them, i have an option of uploading all bank statements to show the salary credit, any suggestions??

F) Digital photo - Digital photo digital copy ONLY

G)Proof of Means of financial Support

• Official letter issued by SBI (savings bank) stating details of my fixed deposit, average six months balance on a letter head
• Original Fixed Deposit certificate opened on 24th feb 2018
• Official letter issued by CITI Bank (salary account) stating account details along with bank name, address ETC
• Pay stubs (Six Months)

NOTE: My FD is borderline six months old from today, should I submit a gift deed as part of it was given to me by my parents? Is is OK to not submit the bank statements here as they do not serve any purpose?

H) LOE with Affidavit explaning a minor error in my last name on my BA degree certificate

NOTE: My name across transcript and WES report is correct

--> This is OK, if you have relieving letter(service certificate), please upload that as well.

--> What about Job Description (according ur NOC code ) letter, ie : work experience letter ? , please uploaded that as well. Usually we need to get it from employer ( specially get it done that letter )

- This is not required , ur offer letter talks ur salary .

- If you have appraisal letter, the recent one , uploaded as well.

- Please check with other experts.

- For me , this is not an issue , in case need , renew ur FD and give the details to CIC in a separate web-form request. or through LoE.

Thanks @bmr for such a detailed response, i do not have the relieving letters, except from one of the employers, but they have mentioned the duration of my employment in the letter, the job descrition too is mentioned in the letter, I am uploading the increment letters. Should this work?

Yes, worried if I should include a gift deed or the FD is fine.
