Final docs preparation chc singapur

Dear sr members,

My app received by ns on sept 21,2009 n i expect to get a result in nov 21, 2009.
My current ielts will expire on dec06,2009,thats why if possible i have to post all docs within dec 06;2009

I spent 14 mths in uk for masters.
It will take time to pcc from uk.

My question is ,,,if i get AOR within 21 nov,,,can i send all docs without uk pcc for taking validity of my ielts?

Later i will send uk pcc,,
All depends on getting AOR within my target timeframe.

What u suggest,,,pls advice

I have first hand experience in this matter.

Go ahead and send the docs without the PCC.

I submitted the full set of docs without a PCC and mentioned in a separate letter that 'due to the time period taken for processing at XXXXX, I may not recieve the PCC within the specified 120 days time period from country XXX. Therefore, I have not inclueded the PCC for country XXXXX with this set of supporting documents. As soon I recieve the PCC, I shall submit the document'.

When I recieved the medical request, they had sent me a letter asking me to submit the PCC. So they accepted the application without the PCC and requested me to submit it subsequently.

Dear exp members,

i m a bangladeshi.
I lived in uk for 14 moths previously.

to getting advantage of my ielts validity, i need to send all docs within 10 days if i get AOR within 21 nov 2009.

within 10 days it is not possible to collect pcc from uk.

So can i send all docs with bangladesh pcc and later i will send uk pcc......is it created any prob further.....also is it requied to write any explanation letter for delaying of uk pcc.

Seniors.....pls advice me,,,,,,

In my opinion u should go ahead. It worked for me.
IF u are still in doubt, contact your visa office and tell them that you will not recieve the UK PCC within the 120 days deadline and ask them if it is ok to submit. I dont think it will be a problem.

My visa office is Colombo, not Singapore though.

Cause,within 120 days it is possible for me to collect uk pcc,,but in dec 06, my ielts will expire,,this is the prob.

After getting AOR, i will not wait for 120 days,,i will send full docs within 10 days.thats y i will delay for uk pcc,

Can u get my point?
