AOR Feb 1 here

FD was done yesterday (also can see the COPR number on tracker) but still no P1

There is a lag time from FD to receiving P1.

I got this message on March 3rd 2025 and I only got my P1 email on April 8th.... So it can happen.
It depends on a lot of factors like the complexity of your file, the office and agent reviewing your file, etc... Hopefully you will get all the emails and confirmation soon!

There is often just a lag time for processing reasons so what you experienced is common.

Hey - inland PEQ-Student. AOR Feb 24th. Got FD in progress on April 1st (Biometrics and Upfront Medicals were approved before that), no update or movement since.

Managed to get IRCC on the phone yesterday, which basically told me that Biometrics, Medical, Eligibility, Background check were all passed and that FD was actually approved. Next step would be P1 but the agent couldn't give me a timeline for that.

I reckon several of us are in this situation. I'm wondering if immigration is stalling these updates to slow down landing/manage volume.

Congratulations. We are waiting for our P1. Our FD was flashed on April 17th. I hope everyone gets to this milestone in a timely manner.

From what I understand, once a date has been added to the Final decision, you can expect to receive the P1 email relatively soon (lately it seems to take 1-3 weeks for a lot of people). My Final decision date was updated April 23, and I received the P1 email May 2.
For me, the background check and eligibility check statuses have never been updated throughout the whole process, so they still say "we are processing [...]". It seems like they just don't always bother to update them.
