Final decision was approved, pp sumitted but still waiting 2 weeks already. Why?

Anyone helps!
I applied online on 23rd July, got PPR letter on 21/8, submitted on 22/08 in Paris, my gckey acc updated Final decision Your application was approved. But im still waiting for my passport dispatch, why it takes over 2 weeks for returning pp? Please help, im anxious worrying too much....

Sometimes passport stamp for visa “ delay due to minor damage on passport anyway dont worry dear you will get your PP hurry Congratulations for your approval
