Final decision since 1 month

Hi. I got final decision 1 month ago and in between I got request to pay up biometrics fees before the 1st of October which I did and submitted the same day on the 17th of September. Is it normal for still not having P1?

I am one of the unfortunate people who never got P1. You might want to call IRCC and confirm if any P1 has been sent out. In my case, I was informed P1 sent out but I never received so I did KAI method
