Does anyone know how long it typically takes for IRCC to make a final decision after medical results are updated? My mom received her medical request three weeks ago and completed the exam last week. Today, her account shows that the medical exam has been passed. How long does it usually take for IRCC to reach a final decision?

I am not 100% sure. I applied for my mom three times (and maybe 2 extensions) over the past 10 years and whether we provided the medical upfront or upon request, she always got it within the time frame they provide (have you checked the processing time?). The only exception was during COVID, it took a lot longer but it was always between 90 and 103 days (from outside Canada) but shorter from inside Canada. Stay positive
