Final decisiom has been made... can anyone explain... thanks...

Hello guys,
My application status changed to "Final decision has been made" but it has been a month. And Its been 6 months now to my application... Still no response from Ambassy...
Can anyone explain... please

Im from philippines.
I applied online,
December 20 2017 did my Biometrics in vfs and then the very next day got email for medical and police clearance certificate.
I had done the medical examination on 25 December 2017.
Before my application status was "In Process" but from past 3 weeks its saying " A decision has been made" but still no response from Ambassy.
It's been almost 6 months on my application, and on cic it says that it will take 4 to 5 weeks...
