i got my offer letter just few days back, i have mailed for GIC but no reply back yet. no loan.
havent paid fee yet because the university student account wont be started before registration and for registration i need to be there before 1 dec. so i cant pay fee before registration.

Why do you need a loan when you have a 30,000 dollar support funding from the school? Just attach the funding letter and it's done. Your profile is so strong that I do not see any reason for refusal. You do not need to apply for a loan. Also, there is no need to pay tuition in advance, it's a different system at University level where (unlike Colleges) you pay at around the semester start date.

Thank you so much guys, thats really stress relieving suggestion. :) :) ;D ;D

Good luck, I am still wondering who advised you to have a loan when you have a guaranteed funding. And, its not a stress relieving suggestion, I know you are running out of time. Where is your medical? You had an option to submit medical in advance.

i have undergone for medical on 1st december, so i can submit my application now on 6th december. ;D

Does your funding cover all your tuition fees and living expenses?

Bro, Acc to it, GIC/loan and pre-payment of tuition fees is strongly recommended! If his funding can cover all the tuition fees and other expenses then he has no prbs, but otherwise he has too show proof that he can support himself!

It's really great. I think I did not notice the same on your list of documents, so I was in doubt. I am sure you can make it with in next few days. I am not sure if you know it but let me brief you (just for your information). In case, if it appears to embassy that you are almost late for the term, they will ask you to submit either a letter of late registration or a straight deferral letter for the next intake. Letter of late registration is almost not an option at University level, the case usually end up with deferral, but with a guaranteed visa.

yes this funding covers all my expenses including tuition fee, living expenses and other ancillary support.
also i have been awarded 10,000$ scholarship from department, there is no any proof of this yet because it will automatically be deposited to my graduate student account. this will only be application once i get there.
total 40,000$ support. ;D ;D

Then no prbs man! Also if the $10,000 scholarship was mentioned in a email, take a print out of it and attach it to your file. It will help. And mention about these $40,000 support in your covering letter. Since you have admission and financial support from such a reputed univ, i am sure your visa will get approved in a short time. All the best!

Really nice to see that legendary PDF after sooo many months, when we applied, it was simply a 8000 dollar + first year tuition. Now, it looks more complicated (not sure though). I think 30000 dollar is more than enough.

@ sureshmaxss - No need to laugh, it's still 30,000 (not 40,000) How can you prove it to CIC without the required documents? May be I am feeling jealous for how can you get 40000 dollar :) :) :) Congratulation

yes i have proof of email of 10,000 $.
i also got teaching assistantship worth of 6,000$. teaching assistantship will be given after when i will spend 1 month while teaching there.
total 46,000$.

You are going to study or earn money? :o

Kidding, all the best!

Do you guys still think that my application will have any chance to be rejected?
having seen so many rejection on here, i am still doubtful

someone suggested me that under university category you dont need to submit extra documents like father's sponsorship affidavit, IT returns, form 16 etc. do i include them with my application?
do i also include my resume?
