All the applicants of student visa at Abu Dhabi visa office for fall 2012 kindly share your experience so far.
I'm residing in Kuwait but originally from PK. I'll be applying hopefully in the beginning of June. List of documents I'm planing to submit is as under:
1- Checklist
2- Appl. form IMM1294
3- Family info form IMM5645E
4- Photocopy of my BSc Degree & Transcript
5- Passport size Photographs (2)
6- Photocopy of current passport along with photocopies of prev. passports.
7- Photocopy of LOA
8- Study plan
9- Four (4) months of Bank Statement of my account - that contains only 15% of the total expenses of the course + living
10-Four (4) months of bank Statement of my father's account - that contains almost 110% of the total expenses of the course + living.
11-Notarized English translation of Registry of a property (in PK) that belongs to my father with evaluation (almost 8 times the total expense of the course + living).
12-Notarized English translation of Registry of a property (in PK) that belongs to me with evaluation. (equal to the total expense of the course + living)
13-My father's salary certificate
14-My salary certificate with employment certificate/letter
15-Leave letter from my company stating that I've been granted a study leave for 16 months.
The possible issues I can foresee are
A- no police clearance certificate - but after reading the checklist page I realized that its not required normally. lest I've committed a crime.
B- Only 4 months bank statements. But I think along with property papers the pitfall doesn't looks big.
