It can be by mentioning your family back home and filling the family information form. Also if you own a car. I'm just telling Singh that it's not a good idea to fload the application with his father's personal property.

As for sponsor, it's still much better to have the funds in your account. Plenty of Officers don't consider money that you don't have access to as "funds".
Okay. If that is a case things are good. The family part is weird tho as I have seen other posts in this forum(the site as a whole) about how family other than wife and kids wont be given much priority. ircc clearly have to define home ties as most rejections I have seen is based on that. Maybe that is their way to reject well looking applications. Who knows, eh?

You have to focus on the reasons of the refusal. Give them what they ask, fixable issues are fixable. If you think the ties should be on your name then try changing the ownership to your name and apply.

Thanks for your comments. How shall I demonstrate home ties?
Believe, I didn't use my father's property as my country ties in my application. I believe the best country tie is to show my motivation towards my degree how I am going to create an impact to my country with the program I am choosing and the knowledge I will acquire from Canada.

How I can contribute to my country's vision? In my SOP, I have mentioned this. Our country currently enjoying the demographic dividend. The country like South Korea used it so well that it has become one of the strongest economics in the world whereas it was one of the poorest back in 1950s. If all of our youth choose to settle abroad then who will lead this nation to the path of development and success. Then how this degree can help me to make a contribution to my country's development approach. Even how this degree is going to open door for me for possible employment?

I believe, our motivation is our best country ties. Not the property.

It basically all depends on the officer handling your application. It's better not to give any reason for the officer to look at your family ties by showing career progression and funds.

That's nice and all, but let's be honest. That doesn't mean anything.

Why choose a degree similar in scope to your first degree? No one does two car mechanic diplomas. Ditto for global business. Choose something that would actually be applicable to career growth in your chosen field. Like digital marketing or brand management. It’s like saying Spanish is your mother tongue and you are going to travel to Canada to study Spanish. It makes no sense. Prove to them you want to come here for career growth.

I agree with you. Shall I opt for UNB MBA? It has elective courses in second half related to marketing (which is my area of interest)
So the final degree will be MBA but core in Marketing. (only MBA is mentioned in the degree certificate tho)
