The family part is weird tho as I have seen other posts in this forum(the site as a whole) about how family other than wife and kids wont be given much priority. ircc clearly have to define home ties as most rejections I have seen is based on that. Maybe that is their way to reject well looking applications. Who knows, eh?It can be by mentioning your family back home and filling the family information form. Also if you own a car. I'm just telling Singh that it's not a good idea to fload the application with his father's personal property.
As for sponsor, it's still much better to have the funds in your account. Plenty of Officers don't consider money that you don't have access to as "funds".
