In Pakistan, all degrees at bachelor's level are 4 years minimum for the last few years. I don't know about UK, strange that universities in Canada won't accept it if the degree is from UK.
A bachelor's degree (Business) in India is of 3 years. So is the case with UK and a few more countries.
STEM Degrees like engineering, Bachelor of Science etc are 4 years here.

The VO is incorrect. I have a "Bachelor's Degree/ Undergraduate", now I wish to apply for a program which is "Post - Graduate."
The requirement for a Post Graduate program includes a Bachelor's Degree.
Can you help me justify this point? My intention is to study in Canada and gain the educational experience. I wish to go back to my home country since the payscale of master holders has immense value in terms of job selection and its monetary benefits at workplace.
What VO means is that its not worth spending so much money on a PGD since it won't add much to your career. When you are fulltime student, you are losing the money in terms of the fee you pay, since not working fulltime so losing salary, then the savings that you used to have in your home country while working, and spending more money as living expenses compared to your home country. If you look at all these cost and loses, the PGD isn't worth it.

Have you not read what the visa officer wrote? The visa officer doesn't believe you're a bona fide student. Doesn't mean that a post graduate requires a bachelors would also mean that youll need to spend that much money for the level of education you're getting
How can I rectify this issue?

Hence, I am opting a master's level program.

Basically, apply for a masters degree. What the weekend user is telling you is that VO thinks that your studies isn't worth the price and you're just using this degree to overstay

Shall I go ahead with the MBA at University of New Brunswick?
Yes. You have to account tho that MBA applicants get rejected a lot. As for the home ties, your properties and family. Also make sure funds are in your account, not your dads.

Overall, it's going to be hard for youz but plenty of students got approved after rejections. Good luck

Also, avoid showing a letter that your employer will keep the job for you, unless that employer is paying for your studies. Your dad properties aren't your ties to your home country .
If dad's(taking dad as sponsor) property is not home tie how can some student who only have completed 12th and have no property(by their name) or spouse justify home ties?

It can be by mentioning your family back home and filling the family information form. Also if you own a car. I'm just telling Singh that it's not a good idea to fload the application with his father's personal property.

As for sponsor, it's still much better to have the funds in your account. Plenty of Officers don't consider money that you don't have access to as "funds".
