Filling up the form

Hello,

I notice that in several forms we will need to write down that we are currently working, or we are currently living, etc. The point is that by filling up the form in a computer we are not able to use under the "to" field the word "present" to show that we are still doing that. All these fields are set to use dates, so there is not way to use words. Should we print out the forms and write down manually "present" or just leave it blank? Thanks

yup, write "present" or "current" by hand after you print. But do the rest on computer as they use the barcodes to update their system.
