filling the forms

Hi,

When information regarding your work experience or academic history is being asked to be delivered, if you are still working on your recent job, what to write on the date box.....maybe the year should be written and month could me left blank?

If you are filling online, give the date of preparation.
If you fill manually after printing the form you can write/type "to date" or "till date"

According to CIC :

In the to section of the history fields on the form, what do I write if I have not finished studying, working or if I am still living at the same address?


There are three history fields on the form: work history, address history and education history. Each includes a “to” section, where you normally write when you finished that activity or moved from that address. If you are still working or studying, or if you still live at that address, write “TODAY” or the date you are signing the application. If you do not know the exact dates, provide approximate dates.

I read on this forum that somebody got his application back stating that application is missing some pages. Now, i have my application ready but i also did back to back printing, should i sent the application like that or should take new single sided prints? Please advice

Single side printing recommended

Hi Guys,

In address history should we have to submite proof like agreement letter, utility bill etc, as I my case I dont have such kind of proof in india.

No, make sure passport address should be part of that

There will be other addrersses also but no proof required to attach

One more thing I would like to ask is in education history is 10+ completed in march than after 2 months get addmission in 12th and completed in 2 years than after 3 months got admission in engineering...how to show dates as it desplay gaps but actualy this is admission procedure.please reply how yo show them.

i am currently collecting all necessary documents and try to fill out the forms and i got some problems i need urs help,
in schedule 1 (IMM 0008) form how do i fill Education no 10 section
there is four part Primary/elementary school,
Secondary/High school
University/college
Trade school/other post secondary school
in my country primary school is 5yrs
then Secondary School is 5yrs (SSC)
then Higher Secondary School 2yrs (HSC)
after that Hon's in University /college 4yrs
now could u tell me how should i write now?
