Filling the family information form - HELP

i am preparing an application to submit to CIC.
i have a question in filling the "Spouse or Common-law partner" part.
i am officially and legally divorced, should i write the information of my ex husband or should i leave it blank???

He isn't your spouse, so of course you don't put him in.

i left the space blank cuz i am divorced. but i am unable to write my name in the signature space to clarify that i do not have a spouse
