Hi All,

I'm just checking out all the forms I've completed to send my application asap. Can you please give me some advice on this?

In IMM 0008 (Generic aplication form) there are some questions I can't answer on the PDF with my computer. Can I just print the form and write down the answer with a pen? For example, question # 7, about the Certificat de Selection du Quebec, I want to write NA or NOT APPLICABLE.

I can't enter the date of my last entry to Canada too (question # 11).

Finally, about the contact information section, is it better not to write anything in current mailing or residential address so I can have all communications sent to my email?

Thank you

You should be able to answer all your questions and validate the completed IMM 0008 form (pdf) with your computer.
For question # 7, you need to answer this question only if you selected Quebec in your reply to question 6. You should not write NA here.
For question # 11, you should be able to select your last entry date using popup calendar. If its not working for you, I would recommend you to download a new IMMM 0008 form from CIC website.
You must provide your mailing / residential address. It's mandatory. If you provide your email address too, all communications will be sent to your email address.
Lastly, do not forget to validate form IMM 0008 by pressing the validate button. This generates a barcode page that is mandatory to be submitted with your application.

Good Luck !!

Thank you so much bhiwani for your suggestions. About question # 11, it still doesn't want to work even with a new form downloaded from the website. Will try again.

Without more info, I'd say probably 1411 - (skill level C)
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/ViewAllTitlesKeyword.aspx?val=1&val1=1431&val64=false&val11=auditing&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0

Unless you supervise other employees, then you're in business...

BTW, it's usually not a good idea to "hijack" someone else's thread by asking a completely unrelated question - you can start a new thread, and you'll get better responses...
