Filling out PR application

Hi,

I received an invitation for PR and now I am trying to fill out the application. I have few doubts in it. Please help me out!

1. There is a section where m supposed to fill my 'personal activities'. My doubt is that I have never taken part in any such activities like they have mentioned there. I was an NCC cadet during my school days. But they say, enter the personal activities after 18years of my life. And thats literally nothing. I am a member of 2 organisations which are related to my profession. But again when I choose that option, I get a warning message saying that "Any period of time that you indicate as a member of an organisation will not count as part of the 10year personal history you are required to provide."
I dont have an option to choose None. What do I do?
2. Again in contact details, they ask for all the addresses that I have lived in, from the age of 18. Are they asking for the residential addresses or literally places where I have lived? Like after 18 till now I have been living in 3 different places for my studies and work. Do I have to mention those or the residential addresses back at home?
If it is the residential addresses, from 18 to till date I have stayed in different rent houses. So do I have to mention all? Or is it okay if I skip 1 or 2 address? Will this be a problem later?

Please suggest me what it is!

Personal activities is not just organizations, it's your entire life. organization, full work history, periods of unemployment, educational history etc....
2- yes don't skip. depending on your country PCC is given as per the address so don't risk it

About the address, So I am supposed to enter the exact address of the places I lived right? For eg at 18 I was in a city A, at 23, city B and 25 a new country C. So u meant I have to include address for AB and C. Right?
While I lived in A B and C, for educational and work purposes, my home addresses also changed..as I shifted from 1 rent house to another within the city itself. So do I have to mention abt it? Caz I only visited home in between and left back to City A B and C at respective times. So I shld be mentioning only abt A B and C and Not the home address. Right?
