What should be the immigration office requested for processing this application?? It'd be Mississauga? or which one?
Or it should be Sao Paulo since I live in Brazil?!

It will be Sao Paolo. The application will first be sent to Mississauga by you and then if the sponsor is approved the application will then be sent to the office in Sao Paolo. But when filling in the part that asks for which office you should write Sao Paolo.

You will send both the sponsor's application and the sponsored person's application to Mississauga. There they will review the sponsor's part and decide if that person will be approved. If you get the sponsor approval they will then send the application to the office you have chosen which will be Sao Paolo and the rest of the application will get processed there.
