I'm currently filling out my application online right now (ex: IMM1344) and if I click the "No" box for one of the questions, it will leave the rest of the section blank, and also it won't let me write over it (for example N/A). It says to complete all sections, and if they don't apply to you put N/A.

For example:
Question 2 - Have you ever used any other name? I checked the No box. but below it there are 2 blank spaces that say family names/given names. It wouldn't let me fill in N/A online once I checked the no box. So should I write N/A by hand once I print it out?

I would suggest printing out the empty app and filling it in by hand then.

When you select "No", it greys out those 2 boxes and you cannot write in them, as they are not applicable to you. You do not need to then write N/A in them by hand.
