During the pre-check list questionarie, they ask:
Are you giving someone access to your application?

Yes, I will be appointing a representative to apply on my behalf

Yes, grant authorization for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to release your application information to another person?

Yes, both appoint a representative and grant authorization to release information to another person

No

It is obvious it is me filling her questions, but should I put no or 1

you can choose 2nd option and fill the form IMM5475E, and put your name as the person to be authorized , so you can deal with cic on your mother's behalf.
