Hi,

In the guides, they say NOT to leave blank areas, that you must fill in every question. Do you put "not applicable" in each and every space ? for example if you are not using a co-signer, there are many many places that you would have to put Not applicable...Other example, if you are only sponsoring the main applicant (no other family members), there are many many places to put Not applicable ?

Thanks

Hi,

I re-read my question and found it to be asking two different questions at the same time (I'm new at this, ill get better).

SInce you answered YES I just wanted to know if you meant

YES I leave the areas Blank ?
or
YES I must indicate Not Applicable in every single place on the form ?

You need to follow the instructions.

Do not leave any question blank. Write N/A in each non-applicable question.

You can also just cross out a section.

If you leave anything blank, then can say "ooops, they forgot to fill this out, this form is incomplete, send it back to them". You have to show you did see the field or section and decided it doesn't apply. Whether it's by crossing it off or writing N/A isn't all that important, as long as you indicate you saw it and didn't accidentally miss it.
