Filling FSW application Incorrectly / Application Returned - 2014

Dear All,

I have had filled the FSW application form and send it to CIC which was delivered in 10 Jun 2014. But in 12 Jun 2014 i found that i had made some mistakes while filling the forms, which were as follow:

1. Not Writing "NOT APPLICABLE" in Spouse or common Law partner in Additional Family Information

2. Writing my Occupation list from Oldest to Latest order in Your Work Experience Section

3. Not Writing the names in native language in Additional Family Information Form

I filled these forms again and send it to CIC on 12 Jun 2014. It might be delivered in 14 or 15 Jun 2014.

Will they be able to rematch my application forms or it will be returned?

And also can i make another test report of IELTS and fill the application again. And can i apply New Application to CIC or it will make negative impression in CIC?

CIC is saying 1000 quota for 50 each occupational list, but the total number of Cap is 25000. How they gonna divide this quota?

Anyone who has expereince on it or has some views on it please share.........................FSW APPLICATION Might be returned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 and 3 should not be a big deal. #2 might be. Since they specifically say in the form to write starting from your current occupation. Now that you have already sent your amended forms, all you can do is hope that they match your application with the additions.

My opinion is that they will likely not reject your application outright due to this mistake, but I could be wrong.

As for sending a new application, why don't you wait it out and see what happens. You didn't say which NOC you are applying for but if it's not a hot one, you might have a chance to apply again in case you need to. Also, you cannot get a second IELTS report. You will need to take another test for that. So either way, you are going to wait for another month or two. And if they returned your application and you sent a new one with just a copy of IELTS report, they won't have any original IELTS report with them. This will surely get your application returned again.
So, best to wait it out.

My NOC is 0015.

In primary occupation i wrote CEO in Travel agency not Senior Managers. Do it also affect?

I did wrote my three years bachelor degree in Trade or other post secondary degree, which i think i should write it in University/College Degree.

I think i have done lost of mistake while trying to send it in earliest.

If they send my application package when it might be in hand?

I will consult with British Council for IELTS report. I want to know, can i apply another application if i get second copy of test report? Or it will be bad idea?
