1- In IM5669E: do I fill this form with my information or my son information?

2- In IMM0008ENU part 2 “Personal details”, shall I fill my son information or my information?

Who must fill out this application form?

This form must be completed by:

you, the principal applicant;
your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
your dependent children aged 18 years or older (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

Is the sponsor (aka spouse - me) considered a dependent? My hubby (the applicant) listed me as a dependent as they said spouse is considered one, but won't my spouse (applicant) in Pakistan be my dependent when they come to Canada?

No, you are not a dependent. As stated in IMM0008: You must include your spouse or common-law, partner if applicable , and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common.law partner, who are not already permanent residents or Citizens of Canada.
