Is it necessary to print RPRF receipt, fill it with your details, scan it and send to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca? Or sending original (empty) PDF with all your case identity in the body is enough?
 
nope...i sent it without filling it.. but mention your application # when you respond to them

I mentioned case number in subject and provided relevant case information in message body

I filled, scanned and sent it to CPCO today. And one of my friend also did the same and got PPR.

I have a question about RPRF Receipt.
as I don't have Visa or Master Card, my friend did the online payment of RPRF for me, and CIC email me the receipt. there is a table in the receipt which shows my friend name as payer, and there is some blank area for address, postal code, date of birth and... . now I wonder if I should fill this blank areas with my friend's address and other information? is it compulsory?
Pleaaaaaaase answer me , I don't have much time.

Just send the receipt without doing any changes , Even I gave my credit card to my friend and he has done the same and now a PR.

But do Send all your application related details in email and Subject if you want as "CEC - APP# - RPRF Reciept"
