Hi again,

I am completing the application for residency and I am confused about the section Profile Details - Travel History.

The question states: Provide details of trips that I have taken outside my country of origin or residence. The thing is I am from Peru but I studied college and grad school in the US. So since my 18th birthday until my 19th Peru was my country of origin and I took a couple of trips then.

But after that I was studying and therefore residing in the US until now. I have then taken trips of a few weeks to Peru and a couple to other country. How can I fill then this section?

Should I assume the people that check this are aware of my change in residency and just fill the trips I took outside of my country of origin while residing there and then the trips I took outside the US while residing here?

or to make it clear should I just put every single trip I took since I was 18? Because that is... a lot

Provide details of trips that you have taken outside your country of origin or your CURRENT country of residence.
So, your country of origin was and still and will always be Peru. And, your country of residence is USA (assuming you are applying from the US).
That is, list all trips to ANY other countries other than these two countries.
Thank you for the response!

What about a trip I took to the US for only 3 months when I was 18-19 before moving there for college?

Also, I just came back to visit Peru, update my passport, get medical and police records. So I am currently and will be in Peru again for one or 2 months. Does that make it already my country of residence or not yet?

The response of @eng.ahamdi is correct, include only those travels outside Peru and the US.

If you still have a valid visa in the US now and you are only visiting Peru, your current country of residence is still US.

For your travel to the US on a visit visa (before you got your student visa), you must also include that in the travel history.

Also, add another line for your student visa - 'from date' is the approval date of the student visa, 'to date' is blank (since you are currently residing in the US). This is what I did with my Travel History.
