Filling 5406 form

Hai, ihave many problems filling 5406 form.looking help
1) In section A, i havent enough space to fill applicant name,spouse name and marital status.but space enough to type place of birth &present address.in this situation how use separate sheet.is it better use separate sheet using excel table indicating sectionA "use separate sheet"or use separate sheet only to fill the data which are unable to fill in the section A ,5406 form.

2.can i fill the name in native language after print the form. hope ur reply.

There are 70 characters available for typing. It should be enough for your name.

for your native language you can fill the form with pen. But I would recommend using google translator to copy and paste directly into the form

Thank you very much ur reply.i downlaod the page of 5406. But it not have much space .it not allows to type more ylthan 25 letter.can edit that paper size or i have download error one

Filling pr appliation following csq

I received csq last month and reaady to apply pr now.i have trouble with these.pps help me,
1.do i need to provide service letter and education certificate with application set.
2.what are the latest application form for imm 0008,imm5561,imm5406 and how they i down load.pls reply
