Filled out the entire Permanent Residence application but can't continue???!

Hello, I have filled out the permanent residence application online form, but not sure why "Personal History" section still showing " In progress" status... I revisited the site a few days now, and it's behaving the same way. How should I solve this? who can I email to address this?
